We want you to love your Isalis finds, but if a piece isn't quite right, we accept returns on unworn, unwashed items with original tags attached within 14 days of delivery. Please note that all sale items and intimates are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.
Prepare Your Package
Securely pack your items in their original packaging and attach the prepaid shipping label provided through our portal.
Ship It Back
Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; please keep your tracking receipt until your refund is processed.
Receive Your Refund
Once our team inspects the returned items, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
